How do I return my order?

You must notify us of your intent to return by email at commercial@bagllerina.com within 14 calendar days upon reception of your order.

You will receive a return form to be filled out and enclosed with the returned item(s). Returns will not be processed without this form.

To be accepted, products must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (undamaged and unworn). Any damaged items or missing parts will not be accepted.
