2.1. It is possible for customers to place orders on the online shop: http://www.bagllerina.com
2.2. The Customer guarantees that he/she is fully entitled to use the payment card provided to pay his/her order and that such payment card legally gives access to sufficient funds to cover all costs arising from the order placed on the online shop baglerina.com.
2.3. By clicking on the "Buy" button during the order process, after verifying the "Shopping Cart" contents and, if applicable, after modifying them, the Customer declares to accept fully and without reserve the entirety of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. After confirming order contents, the Customer will finally confirm such order through payment. The order will only be final once the corresponding price has been paid. Natkin Paris will automatically confirm each customer’s purchase via email.
2.4. The price of each product, including taxes, is indicated in the product description. Shipping costs are not included in the full price, including taxes, of the product. In case of a return, shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
2.5. Customer’s failure to comply with the obligations set out in these “General Terms and Conditions of Sale”, especially those concerning payment incidents related to the price of an order, may lead to suspension of access to the bagllerina.com website and even to the cancellation of the Customer’s Account, depending on the gravity of the conduct in question. Therefore, Natkin Paris reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is such a dispute.
3.1 Natkin Pars will use its best efforts to ensure that photographs of products on the online shop reflect reality as close as possible. However, given the digital-format representation of products on the Internet, customer perception of products' photographs may not correspond exactly to the product itself.
3.2. In case of non-conformity of the product delivered to the Customer, the Customer may return it to the company Natkin Paris by contacting Customer Service in advance at + 33 1 43 22 90 00. The Customer may request from Natkin Paris:
- To receive a product identical to the one ordered, subject to stock availability;
- To receive a product of equivalent quality and price, subject to stock availability;
- To be refunded the price of the ordered product. The Customer must make the request within 14 days following receipt of the order (see After-sale Service section).
Return costs of products ordered by and delivered to the Customer, as well as an eventual delivery of another product will be at the customer’s expense.
3.3 In any case, these provisions do not prevent the customer from benefiting from the right of withdrawal, as set out in article 6 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
If any product in your order is out of stock after placing such order, the Customer will be informed of a partial delivery or a delivery cancellation by email.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, in case a product is out of stock, the Customer may:
- Receive a product of equivalent quality and price, subject to stock availability;
- Be refunded the price of the ordered product within 14 days following his/her request. If shipping costs of a new product exceed those of the product initially chosen by the customer, the surplus shall be borne by Natkin Paris.
The customer may exercise this right by sending an email to commercial@bagllerina.comwithin fourteen (14) days following receipt of the order, taking into consideration products subject to the right of withdrawal.
5.2. Prior to returning any product, the customer must notify of his/her intent to return by sending an email to commercial@bagllerina.com. The customer will receive a return form. This form is necessary to support the return process of your package; without it, the return will not be taken into consideration. Customer’s refund will be processed by any payment method within thirty (30) days from the date when bagllerina.com receives the customer’s request to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, provided that the product has been returned to Natkin Paris.
The return of all ordered products will result in a refund equal to the total amount paid by the customer, which is the purchase price of the purchased product(s), including shipping costs.
5.3. Defective items
Any item with a manufacturing defect acknowledged by the Company may be subject to an exchange or a refund. The buyer must make the corresponding request within 14 days following the date of delivery. We will bear the return costs.
6.1. Product return in case of non-conformity or exercise of the right of withdrawal. In order to fully benefit from conditions of Article 4 “Conformity” and those of Article 6 “Right of Withdrawal”, the Customer must return the product to Natkin Paris:
- After receiving a return form via email sent by Customer Service upon receipt of the customer’s email notifying the return;
- To the following address: Natkin Paris, Service Retour, 19 Rue Brézin, 75014 Paris
- Properly protected, in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (undamaged and unworn), along with the sales invoice in order to identify the customer (order number, name, address) and the return slip, printed out and completed by the Customer.
- Provided that the product does not show signs of having been subject to lasting use (longer than a few minutes). In other words, products must not show any marks of extended use and must be in a condition allowing them to be resold.
- Any damaged item or missing parts will not be refunded or exchanged.
Payment methods currently accepted: CB, Visa, MasterCard.
A request to debit the Customer’s bank account will be sent to his/her bank within 3 days following the purchase order date. The order will be deemed effective once the concerned bank payment centers have given their agreement.
In accordance with the applicable regulations and to ensure the security and confidentiality of Customer data, Natkin Paris does not collect its Customers’ bank details. It is thus the Customer’s responsibility to save and print out his/her payment certificate if he/she wishes to keep his/her bank and transaction details.
In partnership with crédit lyonnais, we selected the Sherlock’s system, an online payment acceptance solution to securely collect customer payments made with a card (CB, Visa and MasterCard).
All your bank data is encrypted (Secure Socket Layer, SSL, 128 bits). It is not possible to intercept or read this data. For security and confidentiality purposes, the bank payment page is hosted by a bank server. Thus, the Customer is on a trusted site which will facilitate his/her online purchase decision-making.
For each payment made, an authorization request is automatically sent to the Customer’s bank in order to check the validity of card details. The answer to the authorization request is sent to the Customer.
Sherlock's 3D Secure
3D Secure is a Visa and MasterCard system for secure online transactions made with bank cards.
Prior to requesting electronic payment authorization, the 3D Secure system allows communication between the customer and his/her bank, in order to enable the latter to authenticate the card holder. Authorization methods may be freely chosen by the card holder’s issuing bank.
Sherlock’s and Sherlock’s security offer a range of controls to enhance payment security, such as the identification of a card’s issuing country, the identification of the Customer’s IP address…
9.1. Place of delivery
Products or services will be sent to the address specified by the Customer during the ordering process. The Customer may choose between a home delivery and a not-at-home delivery. This is possible thanks to the So Colissimo system, a service offered by La Poste. When placing the order, the Customer is informed of the cost of each option upon choosing a place of delivery.
When an order is shipped, Natkin Paris informs the customer that is has been shipped along with the original invoice, including VAT, in the package.
In the event of a partial shipment, a delivery note will be available in the package listing the products actually delivered.
Natkin Paris delivers packages around the world.
9.2. Delivery period
In France, orders are delivered within 2-3 working days and international orders are delivered within 5-10 days after placing the order, unless otherwise specified to the Customer before placing the order and prior to its final validation. Beware, the indicated delivery times may be subject to change without prior notice to the customer (adverse weather conditions, holiday season, school holidays, etc.).
In this case, Natkin Paris declines all responsibility and requests that the Customer refer to La Poste with his/her tracking number.
9.3. Delay in delivery
In such a case, the Customer may directly contact La Poste services with his/her tracking number on hand. The Customer may go to the website www.socolissimo.fr, where he/she will be asked to provide his/her tracking number to check the details concerning the delay. Customer may cancel his/her order if it is not delivered, at the latest, within seven working days after the delivery date specified by Natkin Paris, unless such delay in delivery is due to a case of force majeure under the jurisprudence of French Courts.
Within 10 working days following the order cancellation request made by the Customer, Natkin Paris will submit a refund request to the customer's bank.
9.4. Partial delivery
The Customer will be informed of the partial delivery of an order by email. A second email will be sent informing him/her of the delivery of the other products ordered.
9.5. Delivery made
Each delivery is deemed to have been made once the product has been handed over to the Customer.
Without prejudice to the time available to the Customer in respect of his/her right of withdrawal as defined in Article 8 above, the Customer will be responsible for checking items upon delivery and to make any reservations and claims which seem justified, or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if there are clear signs of damage. These reservations and claims must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three (3) working days following delivery of the products. A copy will be immediately sent to Natkin Paris.
9.6. Information on the delivery methods
Lost package. When a package leaves the Natkin Paris warehouse, it will be sent on to its destination by La Poste. When the order is dispatched from Natkin Paris, the Customer will receive an email specifying the products shipped and the details concerning the package carrier.
At any time, the customer will be able to check his/her order status:
- By connecting directly to the www.socolissimo.fr platform, with his/her tracking number,
- By contacting Customer Service at 01 43 22 90 00 or via email at the address available in the “Contact” section on the website.
10.1. Legal guarantee (1641 and pursuant to the Civil Code)
In case of non-conformity of products delivered (article 4 above) or if a product is considered to have a hidden effect, according to the Customer’s choice, Natkin Paris undertakes to either refund the price of the product paid by the Customer, or to exchange the product for an identical one or for a product of equivalent quality and price subject to stock availability.
For any request of this type, the Customer must contact Customer Service through the "Contact" section of the website.
These provisions do not affect the right of withdrawal as defined in Article 6 above.
10.2. Contractual guarantee
The contractual guarantee is the one usually granted by Natkin Paris to its Customers.
In case of issues with a product, the Customer must have the sale invoice provided by Natkin Paris and should contact Customer Service through the "Contact" section. They will inform the Customer about the process to be followed.
10.3. Disclaimer of warranties
Any product that has been altered or repaired by the Customer or any other person who has not been authorized by Natkin Paris is excluded from warranty coverage. The warranty will not cover apparent defects. The warranty will not cover any products damaged during transportation or which have been used incorrectly.
Natkin Paris reserves the right to make alterations to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Notice of any new version thereof shall be given in advance on the first page of the "Contact" section.
Any Customer not agreeing to the alterations must cease to use the bagllerina.com services.
12.1. Natkin Paris undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data provided by Customers on the website and to use them in accordance with the terms of the French “loi Informatique et Libertés”, Act of January 6, 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties.
12.2. Natkin Paris informs Customers that their data will be used internally and/or by its subsidiaries to:
- Inform its Customer about new products, special offers or upcoming events by email,
- Process the Customer’s order,
- Improve and personalize communications by means of newsletters, special offers (such as competition games) and special emails for personalization purposes.
Additionally, Natkin Paris reminds that if a Customer no longer wishes to receive such emails or newsletters, he/she may inform Natkin Paris at any time via the "Contact" section.
12.3 Natkin Paris informs Customers that their personal data will be communicated to ensure delivery of their orders by its service providers, some aspects of the Aftersale Service, and to conduct satisfaction surveys. Moreover, Natkin Paris will also communicate this data where necessary to respond to any legal authority injunction.
12.4 Additionally, in accordance with the French “loi Informatique et Libertés”, Act of January 6, 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties, the Customer may exercise at any time his/her right to access the file, his/her right to oppositions and his/her right to rectification or removal concerning information relating to the Customer by sending his/her request (specifying email addres, full name, postal address):
- By email to the email address commercial@bagllerina.com, including “Cancellation” in the subject line.

13.1. If any of the General Terms and Conditions of Sales is held to be illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.2. In compliance with articles 1316 et seq. of the Civil Code and, if applicable, article L.110-3 of the Code of Commerce, information provided by the website is authoritative and binding on the parties Details such as the time of data reception and submission, as well as the quality of date received shall be deemed as authentic as recorded by the Natkin Paris information systems, or as authenticated by computer procedure of Natkin Paris, unless written evidence to the contrary is provided by the Customer. The scope of the proof of information provided by the computer systems of Natkin Paris is the one that would be granted to an original written paper document manually signed by hand.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale originally written in French will be performed and interpreted in accordance with French law.
In the event of a dispute, customers will firstly refer to Natkin Paris in order to seek an amicable solution.
Otherwise, French Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise.
