You can check the shipping costs for your order in your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight/volume of your package and the chosen delivery option. Once your order is confirmed and your payment is verified, we commit to deliver your package within the specified delivery times *according to your chosen delivery option.

 
COSTS AND SHIPPING METHODS:
1. FRANCE

We deliver to our customers via So Colissimo, a service offered by La Poste. You may choose to receive your package at:

- Signature required upon receipt

2. FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITOIES (DOM TOM)

We deliver via the Colissimo expert Outre-Mer service. It is a home delivery requiring the recipient’s signature.

3. INTERNATIONAL

We deliver via the Colissimo expert International service. It is a home delivery requiring the recipient’s signature.

* The specified delivery times may be subject to change without prior notice to the customer (adverse weather conditions, holiday season, school holidays, etc.).

ORDER TRACKING:

As soon as your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an automatic email containing all shipping information relating to your package.

Then, you will be able to track your package status directly on the Colissimo website by using the tracking number provided to you when placing your order.

If you are having trouble tracking your order, you may visit the closest La Poste office location with your ID and tracking number.

If you do not receive any notification, please make sure your order was processed properly and check that you have received an email confirming your order. Then, you may send us an email by filling out the contact form and including “my package” in the subject line.

After-Sales service

If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased on the Bagllerina online shop, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be accepted, returns should meet the following conditions:

- You must inform our Customer Service of your intent to return within 14 days by email.

- Products must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging (including labels).

- The return form must be completed and enclosed with the returned product(s) in the package.
